Tobias has global consulting experience from his work across Europe, South America, and Africa. He has served corporates, SMEs, PE, scale-ups and helped fund inventors and start-ups.

After an early career as project manager in supply chain mgmt. with BASF AG in Germany and Brazil, he worked as a Principal for Boston Consulting Group in Germany, where he spent 6 years. In 2012 he founded konVet GmbH, focusing on supporting healthcare inventors and SMEs to find investors, and providing strategy consulting to a wide range of industries.

In 2022 he started to jointly work with Sander on a project for NEOM before co-founding KochVetter with him.

Sander has extensive consulting experience with focus on the Middle East and especially Saudi Arabia. He has served governments as well as a range of commercial industries.

He spent most of his early consulting career at Oliver Wyman Dubai, working across the Middle East. In 2012 he founded Novo Management Consultants in Dubai. After selling the business to Arthur D. Little 4 years later, he worked as a senior partner responsible for the Technology and Media practice in the Middle East until 2021.

In 2021 he returned to Europe where he worked as a senior advisor before co-founding KochVetter with Tobias.
