Nikolas combines extensive management consulting experience with a strong operational track record of building and motivating high-performing organizations in leading e-commerce, retail, and media companies.

Nikolas held several leadership positions at Amazon for eight years and was the Vice President of a unicorn start-up in the football media space. He has a background in discount retail (Aldi) and Strategy Consulting (Berger and Tivaris)

In 2023, Nikolas returned to Consulting, advising advising global clients on growth strategy, market expansion, digital transformation and organizational development

Roberta has broad operational, academic and consulting experience in Sales and Marketing. She comes from a family of Brazilian textile entrepreneurs and lives in Germany.

Roberta holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil) and London Business School, and a PhD from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany). She worked as a pricing consultant for Simon Kucher before spending 12 years at UPS where she held several mgmt. positions, led M&A projects, and managed the European innovation Center.

Since 2017 Roberta works as a strategy advisor focusing on start-ups and scale-ups, including in the Middle East.

Dirk is an internationally experienced strategy consultant and entrepreneur in entertainment and B2B services (LegalTech + Consulting).

After his masters at Cologne University, Dirk joined Boston Consulting Group, where he worked for the Industrial Goods Practice, focusing on Metals and Mining customers in Europe and Africa. After leaving BCG in 2013, he founded and later sold an entertainment and co-founded a LegalTech start-up.

He then returned to consulting, leading pricing projects for Simon-Kucher before founding Nordkap Consulting, a boutique consultancy for growth strategies and pricing.
